haha no worries i'm enjoying the conversation:) it's coming...i've had a couple busy nights. i think its going to be on the menu for tommorow's dinner. i'll post my findingsFlash, I found what sounds like a good recipe, I'll have Mrs JPT buy some tomatoes Sunday at the Farmer's Market and give it a try.

If you like posole wait until you try it smoked, I have made a smoked menudo also before.Pozole is one of my favorite soups!
I am planning to attempt a batch from scratch sometime soon!
