any options for summer sausage, pepperoni or salami with no refrigeration needed

Is there any way to make so it does not need refrigeration. Or pepperoni or salami I have been searching refrigeration all morning maybe im searching wrong.....im looking for some no frige storage options any ideas or links is appreciated.....thanks greg
