Another taco Tuesday

We love doing taco Tuesday at out house and last nights choice of meat was some fresh Mexican style chorizo I had made up a while back. Chorizo is usually our go to because its quick and easy and the kids eat it like its candy! Toppings we keep pretty basic, cilantro, onion, and lime. A little hot sauce and sour cream. And a little queso fresco. The wife and I usually do corn tortillas but the boys like the flour so we always have both on hand.

They were pretty delicious and I was pretty stuffed so I guess last night's taco Tuesday was a success!

I agree! We have the red and the green but green is the best! My son calls them Mario and Luigi sauce lol!

Those look great for sure! I love tacos!!! I did Taco Tuesday myself last night (sorry, no pics). I used leftover pulled pork from the weekend cook. AWESOME!!!

I've done them with leftover pulled pork as well! The pulled pork goes great with some homemade mango pico de gallo!
