Another Sunday. Another pellet grill full of meat.

Decided to fill up the grill again and test out my new Inkbird 4 probe unit. Wife marinaded chicken thighs in jerk paste and I made a meatloaf. Also threw in some sausages just cause lol. Everything turned out so good. I love my new Inkbird almost as much as my new pellet grill. Here’s a few pics. Thanks for looking.

All look good. I do love jerk. My favorite thing is jerk pork tenderloin. Something about it really takes to jerk.
