So.......  Pulled them out of the plastic and they smell and taste fantastic!  They pull apart with ease but are not falling apart.  Some of the best ribs I have made.

Ok just ate them all with the wife.  These were by far the best ribs I have ever had........  I am going to use a similar method for pork steaks when we go camping.
