Another reason the Amazen pellet smoker rocks

Ok,

I'm one of the lucky 5 that won the contest recently and got a free A-Maze-N pellet smoker. It did take me a bit to get it figured out and keep it going. I live in East TN, the humidity here is pretty steep in the summer so I had to figure out how long I needed to bake my pellets in the oven before they'd stay lit due to soaking up moisture from just being here where I live. I got that figured out and placed my first order for more pellets last week. The order arrived on time and to my surprise I had a message stating there was some extra room in my box so Todd decided to throw in an extra bag of his special mix. Its small things like this that earn loyalty, customer service is hard to come by, we've got a fine one here. This unit works great, if you've been thinking about it, go for it. Works as advertised and the customer service is awesome!

I don't have the AMPS, but I do have the AMNS.  Like you, I will attest to Todd and his customer service.

In my opinion, nobody who does business with Todd will ever be disappointed!

How great is that product? I live in the Virgin Islands and tomorrow I head back to Minnesota to visit family and friends and I'm bringing my AMNPS with me to continue smoking while "back home" for the week. Todd even offered to ship some pellets to my destination instead of me carrying some on the flight - what a guy! (too bad i had already sent some ahead of time)

I am jealous Scarbelly... about a month ago Todd was going to be in my area, 10 miles from where I live; messaging back 'n forth Todd set a time and I missed his last message to me and did not read it till he was back on the road heading home... my loss and with today's phone technology I need to check my messages more often. My wife and I know the people he was up here doing business with fairly well and they told my wife "Very nice guy, he would fit in very well up here", I thought that was quite the compliment!
