Good morning all, love smoking ribs, love eating them even more. Live in Washington state. I have an oaklahoma joes long horn smoker. Been reading up on modifying to dial it in. Currently I use fire bricks to help hold temp and to direct heat to rear of CC. But have been seeing that a lot of you use steel "tuning" plates. Anyways I will be reading more and chiming in. Thanks

Welcome to the group and the addiction!  I also have an OK Joe Longhorn that I've modified recently.

Welcome to the group. Good luck if you have issue with things many people here willing to help. Just ask or check search bar, might find similar issue someone had in there. Good luck again and keep smoking.

Good afternoon and welcome to the Forum.
