Have a couple of meats in the smoker today. Butts for a Saturday beer tasting party, Beef sirloin tip roast for sliced sandwiches and ribs for tonight and tomorrow's football games. 

First time using the A-MAZE-N expanding tube smoker from Todd. Filled with Pit-master blend pellets. Been smoking away for 4 hours so far. Works great. Nice TBS. Beef almost ready to come out.

 
Beef roast pulled at 135 resting in fridge to slice tomorrow and vac pac. Ribs done with 3-2-1 method and were excellent. Pork butt at

195 taking to 200 to pull. tube smoker extended to 14" lasted about 5.5 hours of perfect smoke.
