Lurking for the last few days. We have a class A motorhome and do a lot of Dutch oven cooking. Also have had alot of camping with the boys scouts with my kids and have and still do foil meal cooking and box oven cooking. I have a charcoal smoker that is ove 10 years old that I think I used three times. I just got in the smoking mood and dusted it off and m going to try a couple 4.5 chickens Wednesday. This smoker is the bullet type. I think it's a char master. I want t get a propane double burner smoker. I like the ones with two doors also. seems like i would stay up to temp better if you needed to add chips or water. Looking around I was thinking of trying to find a Smoke Hollow 44. Would this be a good choice or should I be looking for something different? Almost forgot we are from Connecticut and seems all grills and smokers are all gone in the box stores replaced with snow blowers, shovels and rock salt.
