Hello all! Glad to have found you. Recently purchased a Master Forge double door propane smoker. Am waiting delivery on Wed 7/12.

Am rookie smoker, but not eater. Retired from being an electronic tech for the last 33 years. Like a medium smoke flavor as opposed to heavy smoke. Prefer dry to wet. Will be trying chicken, ribs, pork tenderloin perhaps, etc., etc., etc. :-)
