SPOG and done in the MES with charcoal blend pellet dust in the tube and reverse seared on the Q.

I can't enough of doing flank this way!

Wow. That looks tender, juicy, succulent, and perfectly cooked. So many things that can be done with flank steak that it's hard to look away from them you see them in the cooler...or fridge. Nice job on that cook!!

This has become my favorite these days.
Me too . During the peak of the shortage here I bought what was on the shelf . 14 pounds of flank steak in the freezer . Man it's great . Been grilling mine , and just did one SV then cast iron sear . Man it was good .
I was wondering about smoking and reverse sear . I'll be doing that next . Thanks for posting , looks perfect for me .

Its how I've done the past three.The charcoal pellets really give it that flavor.You won't be disappointed.
