Brisket turned out really good. I been doing a 4 hour hold in MES last few. Think it really helps. Made some spicy gravy. I got to say I make the best potato salad. :emoji_wink: Saved flat to make corned beef later.

Spicy gravy is a big thing here in Texoma. I ended up using this one. Might want to cut back on the cayenne though. I like spicy and that to much. I cut recipe in half and added more water.

 
My potato salad is so good. I don't measure but this is what I put in it. Smash boiled potatoes. Add chopped sweet onions, sweet relish, one egg per potato, miracle whip, mustard, Lawry's seasoning salt, and cayenne. Stir. Best maded day ahead.
