Just ordered my AMNPS 5x8. Can't wait till I get back home to try it out! Working in south texas oilfield till Sunday. Should be at home before me! My MES 40 should not be short of smoke NOW! I have a brisket waiting on me and can't wait to put some heat and smoke too it! Thanks Todd!

Good luck with your new toy , Dan. You'll love it. Versitile and easy to use. I do a lot of cheese with mine and use it with my Gas Grill to get a smoke on my Steaks. Yummmmmo !
