Anniversary Brisket

Not that Anniversary. Thought I would post my brisket I smoked in remembrance of my 1st brisket competition. Just so happened I cooked it on the exact same day and didn't even realize it. Also decided to make some sausage and burnt ends

Happy anniversary ..lol. Great looking dish right there. All plated up on a single serve dish, nice. Now just a fork and your all set.
