Looks great foam!!! Doing some bratwurst for the first time today but I think andouille will have to be next because never had any I didn't like! Points!!

Thanks my friend, yes sir andouille is the best thing in the world I have found to season any pot with.

I am thinking I am doing some different brats soon, like maybe tomorrow. I am not a big brat fan but if these are even half as good as the ones I used to get..... well we'll just have to wait and see.

Those look great! Thawing out a butt for breakfast sausage this weekend, maybe not all. Saving rest of andoulli and all till garden comes in, for okra and all. Hate store bought. Since first sausage try just 2 weeks ago, wife is into all kind of suggestions. She does help clean up yhough.
