OK, ok, I watched a few minutes of it. I think it's my Insta Pot with some little baby spinny things attached.

As far as what the little spinny (probably plasticishoid) blades do, my hands encased in some nitrile gloves will do the same thing - once the meat cools a bit. Or, I could get out my Wolverine meat claws that I think I've used 3 times in the last 6-8 years. Those Wolverine claws, I keep them for the zombie apocalypse. When I run out of .22lr, I'll shred the zombies. I pray to the good Lord that the zombies are the slow shuffling kind, not those fast ones. I'm screwed if they are the fast ones, even with my stash of .22lr
