  Peeling the Chiles with a spoon , don't wash the flavor off , ( these were supposed to be Hatch Hots , but were Hungarian Sweets ) they tasted good , just not hot

 Here's hoy they got charred , a good thin g for the Chilies but hard on the Burgers . Trish was handling the grill at the time . . .

Had a good time with the Kids and it was a good meal .
