When smoking brisket do you stop loading chips after you foil it at 160?

I think you're gonna need to be more specific: what kind of cooker do you use? 

I use chunks of wood and don't foil in the WSM.  I load the chunks at the beginning of the cook and do not add more when they're gone.

If you do Foil there is no point to adding smoke chips. Smoke can't get through foil. I do continue smoking if I have other stuff like Abt's in the smoker with the foiled brisket...JJ
