Amos los tacos!

I love tacos! Simple set up if 2# of ground beef and 1# ground venison. 1 large chopped onion, taco seasoning, a splash of taco sauce, and some sweet corn. First round was nacho shells topped with my wife's homemade salsa and guac! Second round was with flatbread. Both were smashalicious!

Thanks! These are from the last week or so. There has been a lot going on in life, and not cooking as much as I'd like, but I still snap a few pics here and there when I do get to cook and post up when I get a open window to do so!

Those shells look perfect. I agree though the. OSU stuff ruins it haha. See you guys September 3rd I believe. (Notre dame fan born and raised in Toledo ohio…. Just waiting for another big game loss from the Irish)
