Thought I'd report in that not only did I get the inkbird set already..it's going now. But some how you guys got it shipped out in one day when Amazon was reporting 5-7 days! Talk about fast!

One thing I am curious about; the design decision for the probes them selves, three are sharp, but one is blunt. <I got the blunt one into the meat, but I am just curious on that design decision>.

Unless I am using it the wrong way in which case I'll report back what I did wrong. Right now all 4 probes are in a bunch of bacon :)

The blunt one seems to be a dedicated chamber probe for the clip but the site shows 4 pointed probes. You may have to pm them.

IBT-4XS with 4 probes，3 sharp probes are for meat，the round one is oven probe which use to testing the ambient temperature of the furnace.

The new shipment IBT-4XS are with 3 meat probes + 1 oven probe，which use to testing the ambient temperature of the furnace. We will update our Amazon site once completed. Thx for yr help.
