My name is Billy. I just got a Bradley Digital Smoker via a trade. Now, I am really excited to learn all of the ins and outs of smoking, curing, brines and even cold smoking. I have never smoked anything before, but I know that I really like smoked foods and BBQ. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome felow Washingtonian. The 5 day course is a good start but I would also recomend Jeffs cookbook. There are some great recipees.

Welcome to your new addiction. Sounds like they all pointed you to the course, it is well worth the time. Once you have made your own bacon, you'll never buy the over processed junk in the store again.
