Looks Great!! We are kinda short on gators here in Wisc. but I sure would like to try that recipie!! We are headed to Florida in a week, hope I can get me some gator meat!

We have plenty here in Louisiana ..Hear is a pic of the one the meat came from..

Wow, I'm trying to imagine what all that fresh green stuff would do to the flavor (I've had gator meat before) - almost like a chimichurri sauce, inside the meat. Brilliant idea.

I bet it's fantastic!
