Can't speak on an all night smoke never having done one. Some day i will tho.

But I have precooked/pulled and frozen a chuck roast before. Only reason was that were going on vacation and all we had at the vac home was a gas grill. So i smoked the meat at home and took it down frozen.

To reheat i put the beef in a foil tray with about half a can of beer and some smoked onion sauce. Then let it simmer on the grill for a few hours ...... still tasted great.

I think given the chance i would prob do the all nighter but pre - cooking is a good option also.

Either way your guests and you will both win by getting some good food.

Yeah, I hear you........I went from up all night trying to not even nap for fear of falling asleep(no 73 and no Stumps), to napping uneasily with an ear out (ET-73) to sleeping like a baby without a care in the world (Stumps and 73).
