All beef hotdogs

So I'm still very new to making sausage, hotdogs and the like. I've been searching for a while for a good all beef hotdog recipe to make for my kids that doesn't have many additives in it. Does anyone have any good ideas?

Sure thing. Be sure to post your results to include photos and tell us how you like them. Warning: sheep casings are kinda pricey.

Can I substitute the sheep casings for hog casings?

If you're looking for that Hotdog size then you're better staying with the smaller diameter casings. If that's all that much worry, then stuff them into whatever you feel like.

Was just wondering since I already have two bags of hog casings. But I think I'm going to give this recipe a go, and of course I'll take qview photos.
