Albacore and cornish hens

Hello I am new to this site and I love the info I have the smokey mountain
smoker and smoke a lot of albacore I have a gread marinade I will share just as soon as I learn how to use this site,anyway love being a member
been smoken meats and fish quite a few years know

Hello Sal, and welcome to the SMF. I loved catching albacore onboard the boats from San Diego headed south. I'm disabled now but I have my memories. Looking forward to your recipes and marinades, you'll get the feel for the forum and software real quick.

I also did the jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese large shrimp wrapped in bacon they where mmmmmmmmmmmmgood
