Second Cook with my new Air Fryer

Right out of the book, Buttermilk Fried Chicken

I did,'t take pics of the whole process. Easy to follow directions in the book and on line

Here are a few pics

I was skeptical on how this was gunna turn out, A complete success CHICKEN WAS GREAT





Here is a pic Of the chicken after a swapped trays

I should have swaped the trays again , "learning curve"

All Done, really surprised me, The skin was crispy, breading was excellent, Chisken was moist and tender, Another Home Run

After I swapped the racks the top rack got a little to crispy, my fault should have swapped the racks back.

If I were cooking for just the 2 of us I would have used onlt 1 rack and I think it would have been perfect.

2 for 2 so far

I haven't used 2 racks at once yet. One is plenty for the 2 of us.
Chicken is definitely one of the winners in the #360.
So is Breaded Fried Fish & sausages. I'm anxious for your test on Breaded fillets.

Lookin good Gary! Mrs. Red and I use our air fryer multiple times a week. Sure is convenient when only cooking for 2, and healthier too! Air-fried chicken is definitely one of our favorites.

I was looking at those recently. My wife says a convection oven (which we have) does the same thing, but I've never had real good results trying that.
