How do you figure out how much to change someone for this. They provided the meat and I did everything else from curing to delivery

They charge .85 cents a lb here to cure and smoke. 1.00 a lb? With delevery?

Good idea. Might have to give it a try. Just can’t use anything with sweetener because of my wife’s allergies.
