Hi everyone,

Greetings from Kansas City.

Brand new here, but have been reading the forums for awhile.
I’m in the market for a large offset cooker/smoker. I’ve seen tons of companies selling the reverse flow models, but I’m really just interested in an old fashion classic offset. This has been harder than I thought to find. I’m targeting about a 250 gallon sized smoker. Any advice on any manufacturers? Or am I better off trying to find a professional welder and build to my specifications?

Appreciate any advice or suggestions on where to look.

Thanks,
Andy

I love the yoder smokers. most reputable companies will build you a custom smoker if you want..
