Here's a pic of my version of a Kettle pizza. No risers, stones, or peels. Just a normal everyday kettle.
It was so good.

If I go Weber, most likely the MasterTouch ... double price for Performer DLX ... looks great, but I already have large work tables, plastic charcoal bin, and TS8000 torch to light pretty easily.

The master touch looks like a great rig. I just couldn't resist the toys on the DLX!

And it does look awfully sharp compared to the standalone tripod ...

Decision made and ordered. Will post pics when arrives and stops raining to assemble and take on maiden voyage.
Spoiler: Steve is a bad influence 😁, and fortunately my lovely bride is an enabler.
