I would like to add different spices such as cayenne, paprika, or othe spices to my ham cure. Question is, would it ruin the wet cure? Could i add things like sriracha or honey? I would like to make something different than regular ole ham.

Add anything you like. Just be careful about adding anything acidic. Acid will burn up the cure salt, or better stated acid will deplete the cure salt. Otherwise add any aromatic you like.
