Hello
I have been reading threads on this forum for a long time. I have found tons of good info and finally decided to post join up and post some of my experience and get some advice on a few topics.
starting my first fridge smoker which will be very nice. I have mostly used a smoke hallow smoker and have done anything from cured hams and bacon to Venison sticks and most BBQ.
