I missed this while I was away. That chicken looks great Red  :32:  & I would tear into those potatoes cooked like that :biggrin:   Nice job with the bird & meal - that's something that goes good at pretty much any time or place! 

Thanks Jeremy! Mrs. Red and I have been enjoying that bird all week with leftovers. Had some of it again for dinner tonight, in fact.
