A real good day

Ladies and gentlemen, its a great day around here. Over the weekend I finally got my company web page done and published to the internet. This morning, a neighbor showed up and paid for the 150 bales of hay I sold him last fall. Then I went to get some parts to work on my tractor and after that I stopped off at the local town grocery. They had pork butts on sale for 89 cents a pound, no limit. With a team name of Pig Nation I couldn't let that slip buy, so I bought $60 bucks worth. Its in the 70's this whole week and I believe Wednesday will be a really nice day for some PP.

Then to top the day off, the mailman just left. He delivered me a letter from the ATF. I finally got my C&R gun license. Smoking meat and shooting weapons are my two big deals. Now I am a real happy camper.

Would you believe at 89 cents a pound they are all sold out now? Called both of my boys at work. My youngest got the last 2 butts they had. They told my son nobody came in and bought any until today when some excited guy came in and bought $60 worth. My son didn't say a word. He did swing by and look in my freezer.

Glad to hear about your day. I had a good one, too -- beautiful weather, fired up the MES for the first time and had a successful smoke, ordered a ham for Easter from the ranch, and now I'm kicking back with some brews. Life is good.

• Animal Rights lawyers who are suing your for the dead cow & pig you just consumed.
• Your PC psychologist who thinks your failure to feel guilty and immoral about your meat consumption, and efforts to warm the globe indicate you are the lowest form of human and should be housed with other criminal insane.
