Not sure if this the right place to post this or not.

I am thinking about converting on of my sheds into a place to proces dear and make sausage or what ever else that may come up. I really don't like doing it in the kitchen I need to put something up on the inside walls that is watt proof so I can just wash it down with a water hose. Any ideas

Just depends on what you want to spend and the space involved.

Tile could work. I'd go for the plastic panels used in butcher shops if it were me and I were building an actual processing area. I don't know how expensive they are though.

It's about 16x20. While I don't mind spending the money I would like to spend no more then I have to. It's just for my privet use

Melamine board. It is cheap and is used as the backboard for cheap showers. FYI, it is also what whiteboards are made out of so you can write your recipes as you go.

FRP  white plastic stuff used in commercial butcher shops and rest rooms,

I agree with Eman, FRP plastic sheets run about $80 for a 1/2" x 4' x 8' sheet. It is used on the inside of bar die walls that get wet all the time. There are other products like Starboard or Azek but they run around $200 a sheet

They also sell the FRP in much thinner sheets (1/8") that you can glue over plywood or drywall that are around $25-40 depending on what you get. Home Depot/menards sells it.
