First of all I want to say that I'm a little overwhelmed at the breadth of info on this website. I hope I'm posting this in an appropriate place.

I joined on Wed and after reading so many glowing accolades about the A-MAZE-N smoke system I emailed Todd to help figure out which product might be best for my situation. After several emails (which were answered immediately - it was like "chat") I chose a suite of products put together for my needs.

I hesitate to say jusy how great his service was because it raises the bar so high I don't want anyone else to feel slighted in the future. I placed my order online at 11:28 and received an email from the USPS with a tracking number at 11:36 (Stamps.com from his computer, I know, I'm just saying...). It arrived Friday morning as predicted. I really think Todds' day job is Postmaster of the local Post Office and his side job is being Superman.

I was in the "sales" field most of my working life and I actually owned a packing & shipping business for a few years. Under-promise & OVER-DELIVER is definitely his Company Motto!

Thanks to Todd & all the other people that gave their feedack on their experiences with him and the product. It made the decision a no-brainer. I place him on the same pedestal with Costco, and in MY world, there is no higher customer service honor.

I need to second this post- I ordered my A-MAZE-N-TUBE Smoker from Todd on Sunday and received confirmation Monday, but questioned why it was shipped via USPS Priority when I requested Ground and Todd replied almost immediately that he decided to ship USPS as it should arrive by Friday (from MN to CA) as Ground would be Monday. To my surprise I received this Thursday!!! As I am typing this I have 7 pounds of cheese smokin'.

Todd goes ABOVE and BEYOND to provide his customers the BEST customer service!

I think Todd's products are truly amazing and so is his customer service. A year or so ago I ordered the 6"x6" and he was out of stock - he shipped the 6"x8" so I wouldn't be waiting!! In a world where customer service is somewhat lacking, Todd goes above and beyond! I wish we could clone him and let his clones work at the DMV or Veterans Administration!
 
I have to add a very big plus to this thread.  I also have ordered from Todd and found his shipping very fast, his customer service exempalary, his products top of the line, and besides which he is from Minnesota!  I grew up in Minnesota, no bias here.  I have just started with a test burn in my cold smoking only fridge, but by the results I will not be disappointed by his products.  Anyone who is looking for a superior smoke generator can't go wrong with Todds products!!!!!  Steve
