A-Maze-N Products Recommendation

I am a Newbie, having joined the group in April. I have no affiliations with A-Maze-N Products, other than being a new customer last week. I ordered the AMNPS and when it arrived there was a minor issue. I contacted Todd and he immediately sent me a shipping label for my smoker and sent out a new one to me. The swap/turnaround was done in less than a week and the new one is perfect. I read the posts from members praising his products and I can add, with firsthand knowledge, that his customer service is outstanding. In this day and age where many businesses don't give a s**t about their customers, once they get their money. it was a pleasure dealing with Todd and his company. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing one of his smokers or have any questions, contact him. He is a knowledgeable, caring owner with top notch products and customer service.

Your right in this day and age it's hard to find people like Todd running a good company like A-Maze-N Products. Great product with even better service
