My wifes got some family in town and we always have a shin-dig at her sisters and always wanting some pulled pork. So gave a couple some rub Friday night and then let them hang out in the fridge overnight. Pulled them from the fridge Saturday morning and gave them a few shots of apple juice and brown sugar and into the smoker. Was a little tasty while I was pulling it apart for today.

After about 3 hours in the MES 40

Pulled out and ready to get double wrapped and in the cooler with towels

And the final product. Saved the juices from the pan I had sitting under

them and also from the foil once they were done resting

Thanks Kat, it was pretty tasty when I was pulling it last night, and of course the cook should always taste the food they are going to be serving.....lol.....

Nice job!

PP looks good!

Enjoy!

Looks great. How big and what temp. was it cooked ? Three hours seems a bit fast unless it was small.
I could be wrong, but I think that was just a photo at the 3hrs mark.

JP you are right, after looking the photo's could have been a little misleading, They were a little over 4 lbs each and at 225* it took about 11 hours.
