That statement is a T-Shirt in the making
I hope so, I could retire on the royalties 😂.

The bacon was incredible. Great crunch but not burnt. I broke it up as I pulled the pork. Almost wish I had done more to mix in but was kind of a spur of the moment idea. I need to do more with bacon and pulled pork. Thinking weave the entire top as I smoke in a pan to save drippings.

FYI the left overs went into the Inkbird vac sealer. Inkbirdbbq Inkbirdbbq very nice and easy to use equipment. My two cousins want one of their own. Got it when they had a deal on it. No pics but way simple and convenient. Even after a few beers I could work it. (One was 14%). Awesome unit.

Well done bigfurmn bigfurmn . The bacon adder is a nice bonus too!
Next time, give me a head up so I can have some great beer selections to trade with ya :emoji_wink:

That would be a great idea. Especially since I can’t get Yuengling in MN yet. Of course any random brewery along the way is good too.

I'm getting tired of Yuengling. I'm readyfor Grain Belt Nordeast. Be home in about 3 weeks. You can order spring anytime.

Always want what you cant get. We had the pork with a nice 2021 Goose Island Bourbon County stout. Was a nice combo.
