Brisket for Supper

Sometimes you just need a little Brisket. I had this chunk vacuumed sealed in 

the freezer from my last Brisket Smoke.

I warmed it in the bag in a pot of boiling water. Always good to have a little backup

Nice plate Gary!  Is it better to vac and freeze a chunk?  I've always saved slices and heated them with the same method as you.  The chunk looks mighty tasty!

I started just slicing off a chunk and freeze.
