You can use either. I typically use roasted because that’s what I have on hand most of the year, but nothing wrong with dicing them up fresh and adding them , you just won’t get the roasted flavor obviously. Let me know what you decide and what you think.
I needed to roast some more to make your casserole dish again tomorrow so I used a couple of those. I still in my fasting window so not able to taste but sure smells good! Man you have turned me on to some many great dishes. Thanks buddy.
