a couple of questions about sausage stuffers

its the11 lb one....... I think the wife just liked the color,  still have to wait for it to arrive ,  should only be a week or so

Im sorry I missed the LEM at $100 on Amazon a couple of weeks back.  I started researching stuffers too late in the game.  If it drops to that level again, I will buy one.

just got  4 boston butts from sam's club today so as soon as it arrives we will be making sausage and will let everyone know how it does

the one she bought is a  " Vivo "   anyone here have any experience with this brand ?

That Vivo did just fine, right?  I am 4th generation sausage maker and all the vertical manual presses with steel gears work great.  The nice thing about a 25 pound stuffer is batch size and through put is radically sped up.  If you get a group of 4 together you can crank out 150 pounds for family and friends in a day, not including the smoking of course:)

yes we could not ask for a better stuffer ,so far we have done around 500 lbs of sausage with it , and could not be happier with it
