A Couple of Pork Tenderloins on the REC TEC

Put the left over smoked tenderloin to good use, made fresh chili verde with it.....

Then browned up some fresh tortillas from Sam's club in a skillet.

Made burritos with it and a side of black bean and corn relish.

Was mighty tasty and easy to do.

Here is a cook I did a few days ago, just now getting around to posting it.

Dry marinated one with Cabela's Pecan and Honey rub (boy this stuff is great on pork) and the other one with Maple BBQ rub, for 5-6 hours.

Then into the smoker @225 with 100% Pecan Lumber Jack Pellets.

Ran it for a couple of hours until the IT reached 150 and pulled and rested.

Where do you get your maple rub, or do yo7 mix it yourself. I have a couple terdelions I wantto smoke and the maple sounds yummy
