Smoked at 250 for 6 hours. Used hickory and cherry wood. Wrapped at 160 degrees pulled at 210. It was like butter
 
Looks tasty,what did you make with it? I really like chuckie sammiches.
 
Wrapped in what, tin foil? Then put back in the smoker till it was 210?
