OK - the pictures are a joke but the rest is real...
Big Al shopped at out local wholesale club this morning and came home with...
a brisket
short ribs
a 2 pound fatty
chicken thighs

Rubbed the brisket with SM Cherry (get used to seeing that...)


Then the 2 pound fatty...



Also rubbed down with SM Cherry...



So happy together...



Then on to the ribs...




Doing it all hotter then I normally would since we got a later start.
The waitning is still the hardest part...

Thighs dusted with Plowboys Yardbird, indirect 300 degrees... (little fuzzy...)




The cuc and tomatos...



Big Al's plate... the short ribs... little meteorites of flavor...



The brisket is tucked away in the fridge for later in the week. ..
