Did my brisket yesterday. I carved up most of the flat and shared it at work and with the mom and dad. No complaints at all, it was pretty dam good.
Today I had this big chunk of point to deal with.. so I decided on burnt ends.
 
I know.. it's a bunch of posts. Lol I'm just gonna show the end next.. hope the sauce thickens in next hour or 2. I will watch and stir a bit.. keep it from burning.. etc.etc..
