Paid 18 bucks for it. Smoking it using the minion method, gonna add some cherry and oak to the coals. I'm using hickory lump coal from academy. I injected the butt with my own version of Cajun butter marinade. Any suggestions to make it better than its already gonna be? Still can't load qviews...i guess cause I use a windows phone. If there is a way to load from class pics please tell me...
