Smoked a 9# pork shoulder on my Bradley yesturday, using Jeff's dry rub, Hickory, Cherry, Mable wood pucks and a little wine. Took all 14.5hrs, started at 3am. Sorry no pic's I'll have to work on that. Family loved it, now wife asking how many can I do at one time. Got ta love it

Yup.. Otherwise you'll get exactly what ya got.

I can picture that pulled pork on a bun with some slaw, beans and taters, or I can picture the poor dried up thing in the dog's dish. 

Glad it came out good...
