8 racks of ribs in a Brinkman Smoke n Pit ?

Want to try and smoke 8 slabs at one time in my SNP I do have two rib racks each hold 4 racks apeice, was going to put the racks side by side with 4 in each they will be standing on their sides, has anyone done this? Will i need to raise the temp because of the amount of meat? Was going to use the 3-2-1 method ANY ADVICE??

Use rib racks that hold them upright. Some of the pro pit builders sell them as accessories or the local home improvement stores sell cheaper retail versions. You can do a LOT of ribs this way.  I imagine a slight increase in time will be encountered but your 3-2-1 idea should be in the range.
