I bet my wife couldn't even tell ya what color my Webers are. She only cares about what comes off them.

LOL! I was kind of interested in the blue Master Touch but figured I'd save some $ while keeping the wife happy.
She does check out the kettle when "we" are smoking or grilling.
Of course, she'll let me know if she thinks the kettle needs to be wiped down. Another stipulation was that I don't abuse the kettle or the EP-330 like I did with the old Weber Silver B we had.
Chris, I swear she hated the looks of the Silver B but loved what came off it.

Outside of knowing where I store my kettles. My wife doesn't really care about them. She will sit outside with me when I smoking on them, but thats about as close to them as she gets.

If your a regular Vortex user then I wouldn't pay for the more expensive kettles. The porcelain on my 22" kettle lid is starting to spider-web and chip. I know it's not from the elements, because when not in use my kettles sit inside my garage. I do use the Vortex more then most people though.

My wife does has some interest in the grills and smokers. I think she goes along with it all because she knows that smoking meat is my hobby.
