7 Pepper Snack Sticks

Hey been a while. Just stuffed 12.5 pounds of 7 Pepper snack sticks. My kids loves this seasoning brand. Not sure if I can say the name so pm me if you want to know. Mixed up 12.5 pounds, 10 pounds of 90/10 beef and 2.5 pound ground pork butt. Also added a cup and a half of soy protein concentrate.

In the fridge till smoke day tomorrow.

Just did the same mix from Owens and will do some more. Will add a pound of pepper Jack hi temp cheese to my next batch. Used bigger sheep casings so can eat as a snack stick or cut in pieces for the small saltine crackers.

Yeah love Owen's mixes, next batch will be Chipotle Wildfire.

Ha yeah, thought that little one would bring some laughter. Pics of them on the smoker now on the first post.

Yes, 19mm casings. I believe LEM brand.

Gracias sir, smoker set to last temp of 155, watching close now for final temp.
